TDidle Privacy Policy

Two ways to play

Guest. Everything stays on your device in your browser's local storage — your profile, settings and save data. Nothing about a guest run is sent to our servers, and there is no account to delete.

Sign in with Google. If you choose to sign in, Google gives us your Google account ID, your display name and your email address. We never see or receive your Google password. Signing in creates an account so your progress follows you between devices.

What we store on our servers

For signed-in accounts only: your username, the Google account ID and email address described above, and your game progress — skills, crystals, achievements, cosmetics, run saves and idle-arena state. We also keep the previous version of your save so a bad write can be rolled back, and a session token (stored as a one-way hash, never the token itself) that expires after 30 days.

What we store on your device

Your profile and save data, two rolling backup copies of it, your sign-in session, and display preferences such as HUD layout and reduced motion. These are ordinary browser local-storage entries, not tracking cookies.

How we use it

Solely to run the game: keeping your account working across devices, syncing progress, and displaying the public hiscores board (username, title, round reached, kills, crystals, and a snapshot of your skill levels). We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other websites.

Where it lives

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages and the game backend runs as a Cloudflare Worker, with data held in Cloudflare Workers KV. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). As our hosting provider, Cloudflare processes connection data including your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page-view counts; it sets no cookies and does not track visitors across sites.

Google is the only other third party involved, and only if you choose to sign in with it. Its handling of that sign-in is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

Play as a guest and nothing reaches our servers at all. If you have an account, you can permanently delete it and all associated data at any time, directly in the game: Settings → Profile → DELETE ACCOUNT. This removes the account, profile, save data and hiscore entry immediately and irreversibly, and signs out every device. You may also contact support via tdidle.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

Children

TDidle is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact support and it will be removed.

Changes & contact
